Why RBA exists
Operating knowledge and analytical discipline belong together.
People who run industrial and service businesses already know a great deal about the work. The difficulty is often that the records needed to test a question sit across quoting, purchasing, job, time, service, billing, and payment systems.
RBA was founded by Julian and Aaron in Northeast Ohio to help bring those records into a clear, reviewable answer. The aim is practical: respect the operator's context, show the calculation, keep the evidence close, and be direct about limitations.
How we think
Serious analysis without a technology performance.
The work may be technically demanding. The client conversation should still be about the business question, the supporting records, and what the result means.
